We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling websites. This role is ideal for designers who understand both aesthetics and usability, enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality website layouts, interfaces, and digital experiences
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
- Ensure websites are visually consistent with brand identity and guidelines
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and accessibility
- Provide assets, design specifications, and guidance to development teams
- Conduct UX research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
- Stay up-to-date with modern web design trends, tools, and best practices
- 1–4 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or digital design
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of design principles: layout, spacing, typography, color
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces
- A strong portfolio showcasing website and UI design work
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus)
