UX/UI Designer at Go Offer
About Go Offer: EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe. We built an AI-powered platform (GoOffer Hub) processing 5,000+ job applications per month. Growing fast: $20K → $100K MRR in a year.
The Role: Own product design for our AI-driven job search platform. Transform complex processes into intuitive self-serve experiences as we scale internationally.
What You'll Do:
- Design user flows & interfaces for GoOffer Hub platform
- Create self-serve onboarding & dashboard experiences
- Design AI features that feel natural & helpful (not robotic)
- Build design system & component library
- Conduct user research & usability testing
- Work closely with product & engineering teams
- Create marketing assets (landing pages, presentations, social)
- Design for international audiences (localization, accessibility)
- Iterate based on user feedback & data
Requirements:
- 2+ years UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio (SaaS or web products)
- Figma expert (or similar design tools)
- User-centered design approach (research, testing, iteration)
- Understanding of responsive design & mobile
- Ability to work independently & fast
- English fluent
Nice to Have:
- EdTech or education product design
- AI/ML interface design experience
- Experience designing self-serve products
- Animation & micro-interactions skills
- Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS)
- Illustration or brand design
