The Role: Own quality across product and operations. Test platform features, build QA automation, and ensure our AI-powered job application system works flawlessly at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Test web platform features (manual & automated)
• Build & maintain automated test suites
• Create QA processes & documentation (test plans, bug reports)
• Test AI features (job matching, resume optimization)
• Ensure quality of automated job applications (5,000+/month)
• Work with product & engineering on bug fixes
• Test across browsers, devices, environments
• Support international expansion (test localized versions)
• Track quality metrics & identify improvement areas
• Coordinate with operations team on quality control

Requirements:

• 2+ years QA experience (manual & automated)
• Test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Bug tracking systems (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues)
• API testing (Postman, REST)
• Detail-oriented & systematic approach
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment
• English fluent

Nice to Have:

• EdTech or SaaS QA experience
• AI/ML product testing
• Performance testing
• CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Python or JavaScript (for test scripts)
• Experience with data quality checks
