About the Role:
In this role, you’ll partner with our Learning Experience (LX) team, instructional designers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft visually polished and effective learning materials. You’ll create graphics, animations, and interactive modules using Articulate Storyline, all while making sure the learning is intuitive and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
🎨 Visual Design: Design graphics, icons, and layouts that enhance digital learning content.
🎥 Motion & Video Design: Create explainer videos and animations to clarify concepts and drive key learning points.
🖥 Storyline Development: Develop interactive learning modules in Articulate Storyline that align with instructional goals and are visually appealing.
💡 Collaboration: Work closely with the LX team, instructional designers, and SMEs to ensure that visuals and interactivity effectively support learning outcomes.
🔄 Iterative Design: Revise and improve designs based on feedback to keep content fresh and engaging.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Strong visual design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
✔️ Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and videos for learning.
✔️ Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360.
✔️ Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, visual learning experiences.
✔️ Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in remote environments.
✔️ Experience designing for adult learners or digital learning programs is a plus.
Team Interactions:
- Collaborate with LX team and Learning Leadership to understand project needs.
- Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Partner with project managers to meet deadlines and track deliverables.
