Visual Merchandising Manager - Luxury Retail

A global brand renowned for creativity and style is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to elevate in-store experiences and drive brand consistency across the region. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role ideal for candidates with a background in furnishing or luxury retail (fashion, home, lifestyle), whether currently based in the UAE/GCC or overseas.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual strategy, leading a team, and collaborating with senior leadership to bring the brand’s vision to life across multiple showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Presentation: Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts for product displays, windows, and in-store layouts. Ensure all displays are on-brand, engaging, and drive sales.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and communicate brand guidelines, ensuring a seamless and high-quality visual experience across all locations.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with imports and inventory teams to showcase new arrivals, highlight key products, and optimize inventory turnover through strategic visual displays.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the visual merchandising team, providing training and support to ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Concept Manager, Retail, and Inventory teams to align on visual initiatives and support business goals.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer insights to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in visual merchandising management, ideally within furnishing or luxury retail (fashion/home/lifestyle).
• Strong creative vision and hands-on experience developing compelling in-store environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
• Collaborative, cross-functional approach able to build trust with senior leadership and peers.
• Open to candidates from the UAE, GCC, or international markets no prior UAE/GCC experience required.
• Technical proficiency with planogramming tools, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D design software is a plus.
