Job Description :

  • This digital innovation role is located outside of the Atlanta area, and the role is responsible for the strategy, performance, and executive of one of the largest product segments, direct-to-consumer digital experience.
  • This person will oversee, build, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, and customer journeys, leveraging their expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy,
  • This person will leverage their expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
  • Will be responsible to manage and optimize various CRM and CMS tools and platforms
  • Innovatively develop, champion and implement progressive, winning digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
  • Responsible for all e-commerce initiatives and KPIs, data analysis, and focused improvements in these areas.
  • Align product/segment business requirements with program and project requirements and execution.
  • Manage cross-functional campaigns while managing multiple projects concurrently



Requirements:

  • Must have a BS/BA degree required from an accredited institution.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of highly elite experience managing e-commerce websites and working in a performance-driven e-commerce environment.
  • 5+ years of Impeccable experience and success managing the end-to-end customer journey and KPIs required out of a highly progressive, and innovative Fortune 500 Global Healthcare or related Manufacturing company(CPG, MedTech, etc)
  • Exceptional track record of delivering high-performing user experiences and effectively managing a variety of CRM and CMS tools and platforms within a Global, prestigious CPG, Mfg company. Healthcare professionals might be considered as well.
  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce or similar content management and marketing suite experience preferred.
  • Progressive background and expertise in digital commerce, customer buy flows, A/B testing, and winning creative strategies required preferably in a reputable Global Manufacturing Company (Pharma, Food, CPG, MedTech, Healthcare)
  • Previous experience and ability to understand and predict business needs and align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution required.
  • Track record of incredible success, accomplishments, and results throughout career history (listed on the resume in metrics/measures)
  • Track record of job stability, and career growth, promotions throughout career span
  • Must have excellent flexibility to modify, pivot, and update strategically and tactically based on business needs required.
  • Expertise in cross-functional campaigns and project management required within a highly progressive Global Mfg company- prefer CPG, Food, Medical Device, etc. (i.e. Nestle, P&G, Unilever, etc)
  • Experience in the Healthcare space is preferred.
