Senior Software Tester (Healthcare Software Innovation)

*What you'll be doing*

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire testing process within complex projects. You design test strategies, manage quality, and guide colleagues through the testing process. You ensure that our operational systems meet high functional and non-functional requirements. Thanks to your efforts, releases become more stable, faster, and are deployed with fewer risks.

*Your tasks include:*

- Developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on requirements

- Executing manual and automated tests (regression, performance, integration/end-to-end)

- Identifying quality risks and advising on priorities and Go/No-Go decisions

- Coaching colleagues within the test team and contributing to knowledge sharing

- Improving the testing process and implementing test automation within CI/CD

- Analyzing test results and reporting to stakeholders and management

You will work closely with developers, analysts, engineers, and product owners in a multidisciplinary Scrum team.

*What we work with*

To ensure the quality of our software, we use modern tools and techniques such as:

- Test automation tools (to be determined - potentially Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar)

- CI/CD integration via Azure DevOps or comparable pipelines

- Java, Scala, and React as primary programming and front-end technologies

- Agile testing methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, BDD, TMAP/ISTQB)

- Version control with Git

- Monitoring & logging for regression analysis and quality assurance

*What you bring*

- 5+ years of experience as a software tester (functional focus)

- Strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of complex systems

- Experience with healthcare software is a plus

- Familiarity with testing standards such as ISTQB or TMAP

- A quality-first mindset and exceptional communication skills

- Ownership, accuracy, and the drive to deliver reliable software that matters
