We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging animations, visual effects, and dynamic multimedia content. This role is ideal for designers who love storytelling through motion, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Create 2D/3D animations, visual effects, transitions, and graphic elements
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop visual concepts
- Edit video content and enhance footage with motion design elements
- Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic and engaging animated content
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and new tools
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- 1–4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital design
- Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalents)
- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation capabilities
- Understanding of timing, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage projects independently in a remote-first environment
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
