We’re scaling fast and looking for a Webflow Engineer to help us design, build, and maintain a modern, responsive website. You’ll collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to bring clean, intuitive, and conversion-focused UI/UX to life.
This role is ideal for designers with strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, offering a direct opportunity to own the visual layer of our brand and significantly impact our business growth metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build high-quality Webflow pages aligned with modern UI/UX principles.
- Maintain and update existing Webflow sites and landing pages.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow builds.
- Ensure best practices across accessibility, layout, and performance.
- Provide creative input across visuals, interaction, and brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Webflow experience with a strong portfolio of responsive, modern sites.
- Strong UI/UX design skill set; familiarity with Figma.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across marketing and product teams is a plus.
- Ability to work during or overlap with Asia time zones.
