You’ll lead hiring strategy end-to-end, build strong talent pipelines, and work closely with business leaders to ensure the right people join at the right time. Recruitment is the core of this role.
Responsibilities
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for mid to leadership roles across functions
• Forecast workforce needs with department heads and design hiring plans
• Build and maintain strong sourcing channels: job boards, referrals, talent communities, social outreach
• Lead and guide the recruitment team, upskilling them on interviewing and candidate assessment
• Establish hiring standards, competency frameworks, and structured interviews
• Improve hiring efficiency by tracking performance data and reducing time-to-fill
• Strengthen employer branding through campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives
• Create smooth candidate journeys with clear communication and feedback loops
• Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS
Requirements
• 8–12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment expertise
• Experience hiring for a variety of business and technical roles in fast-growing companies
• Ability to partner with leadership, influence decisions, and handle stakeholder expectations
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort using modern hiring tools and ATS platforms
• Data-driven approach to improving recruitment metrics and hiring strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working fully remote with distributed teams
