Senior UX Designer (Remote)

In this role, you will help shape innovative, user-centered experiences for B2B and enterprise products, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams. You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes while establishing consistent UX standards across products. Accountabilities

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform product design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user journeys, and flows that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine product concepts and ensure user needs are addressed.
• Maintain and enforce UX standards, style guides, and best practices across products.
• Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-disciplinary meetings to generate innovative solutions.
• Organize and maintain design assets and documentation to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure design solutions are user-centric, functional, and aligned with business goals.
  
  

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product experience design.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions, preferably for B2B or SaaS products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Zeplin.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
• Ability to create visually compelling graphics and complex interface layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with mobile application design is a plus.
