About the Company
DevSecOps Architect role we’re opening at a high growth AI company. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the forefront of creative AI GPU data-center development and help shape the foundation of our security program from day one.
About the Role
You would be the first hire in a new security architecture group, partnering directly with our CISO and infrastructure leaders. This means you’ll set the playbook, define the architecture, and influence how security is embedded across a platform that spans Kubernetes, Go, Terraform, multi-cloud environments, and large-scale bare-metal GPU clusters.
Responsibilities
- Set the playbook for security architecture.
- Define the architecture for security integration.
- Influence security embedding across various platforms.
- Work on the development of three new data centers, each with roughly 20,000 GPUs.
- Operate across cloud, platform, and hardware layers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Go, Linux, observability tooling, and out-of-band management like IPMI or Redfish.
- Experience with NIST 800-53 or NIST-CSF is helpful.
- Exposure to ISO27001, SOC2, or FedRamp is a bonus.
Required Skills
- Comfortable operating across cloud, platform, and hardware layers.
- Strong understanding of security architecture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NIST 800-53 or NIST-CSF.
- Exposure to ISO27001, SOC2, or FedRamp.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation ranges from $210K to $250K, plus stock options and fully paid medical, dental, Relocation and vision. We also offer 401(k), flexible PTO, parental leave, mental-health benefits, and more.
