Senior Information Security Analyst - IRS Security Posture Improvement

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join a leading federal IT solutions provider that delivers IT modernization, cybersecurity, and engineering solutions across U.S. Government agencies for a fully remote role. The Information Security Analyst will monitor, analyze, and improve IRS security posture.

Responsibilities of the Information Security Analyst:

• Perform security assessments and risk analysis
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents
• Develop and maintain security documentation
• Ensure compliance with IRS and federal guidelines
  
  

Qualifications for the Information Security Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 5+ years in information security analysis
• Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, and federal compliance
• Eligibility to acquire IRS Public Trust clearance
  
  

Compensation for the Information Security Analyst:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 *depending on experience*
