EST/CST time zone needed


We pay in US Dollars; Monthly Pay ; M-F

Fulltime contract role

8 hrs. a day; 40 hrs. a week ;


Position is 100% remote

Technical expertise required:

1. Knowledge of payroll configuration and setup in Workday for third-party payroll (including understanding of pay group, schedule, pay code, and wage type mapping).

2. Knowledge of different types of Workday integrations: PECI, PICOF, CCW, Studio.

3. Ability to build advanced reports for payroll-related items.

4. Functional domain knowledge to build test cases as needed for payroll-related data and SIT.

5. Ability to independently perform assigned technical tasks.



Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday payroll setup for third-party payroll systems, including pay group, schedule, pay code, and wage type mapping.

• Develop and manage Workday integrations such as PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio for payroll data exchange.

• Build and optimize advanced Workday reports for payroll-related items and compliance needs.

• Collaborate with functional teams to design and execute test cases for payroll-related data during SIT and UAT phases.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely payroll processing.

• Work independently on assigned technical tasks, delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of Workday payroll configuration for third-party payroll systems.

• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools: PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio.

• Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).

• Understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.

• Ability to create and execute functional test cases for payroll data validation.
