HEAD OF PRODUCT DESIGN- RIYADH (OPEN TO RELOCATING CANDIDATES):
We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing Construction-Tech platforms in MENA to hire a Head of Product Design and lead the Design vision across multiple AI-powered B2B products.
This role is ideal for a modern, creative design leader ready to scale a global design function.
About the Role:
- Manage and grow a team of 6 designers across Egypt, China, and KSA.
- Own and evolve a modern design system, reporting directly into the CPO.
- Lead end-to-end UX and UI for a suite of B2B + AI products.
- Drive design strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
- Elevate design quality and ensure consistency across all products.
Requirements:
- Strong Product Design background (7–12+ years).
- 3+ years line management experience.
- B2B SaaS design expertise.
- Portfolio showing clean, modern, high-quality design.
- Experience with or exposure to AI features.
- Ability to lead a distributed design team.
- Speaking Mandarin is a bonus.
