GTM Engineer | Peec | Berlin | On-site


Peec.ai is a true hyperscale AI company creating the category leader AI Search analytics.

Berlin-based, founded in Feb '25, and now on 5M ARR & 1.500 customers, 4 funding rounds, and projected to grow to 25-30M ARR growth in '26.


They are now building their GTM founding team with 6 AE's, 4 Marketeers, a RevOps lead, and a GTM Engineer.


Important: This growth came fully through an inbound motion (pure PLG)

Customers: n8n, Attio, DEPT, ElevenLabs, Brevo, TUI, WIX, Chanel, and many more.


Salary Range: €100,000 - €120,000 base + 15% variable + equity

(10K relocation package to Berlin + additional benefits)


Role Description

This is a strategic technical role within the Go-To-Market team, responsible for building and automating the GTM engine that drives pipeline growth through warm, multi-channel engagement. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations Lead and the founding team to scale GTM operations through advanced automation and tooling.


Responsibilities

  • Build an integrated GTM flywheel combining outbound, inbound, ABM, content, and ads
  • Automate lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound sequences via tools like Clay, Apollo, Zapier, n8n
  • Activate web and content engagement into outbound triggers and AE alerts
  • Eliminate manual AE tasks through automated personalization, CRM hygiene, and deal routing
  • Maintain and optimize GTM tech stack, CRM workflows (HubSpot), and attribution setup
  • Support weekly performance reviews and monthly GTM optimization cycles
  • Document processes and contribute to internal GTM playbooks


Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in GTM/RevOps automation
  • Experience in inbound automation
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline mechanics and ICP strategy
  • Hands-on experience with tools: Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Zapier, n8n
  • Proven ability to build CRM automations, lead scoring, and routing logic
  • Skilled in trigger-based outbound flows from website, LinkedIn, and CRM signals
  • Experience in reducing AE/SDR manual work and improving SQL conversion
  • Familiarity with outbound copywriting and personalization strategies
  • Background in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS startups
  • Open to 5 days a week in Berlin


Nice-to-Haves:

  • SQL or API integration capabilities
  • Understanding of attribution models, tracking, and analytics tools
