Job Description

About Be[In]Crypto

Since 2018, BeInCrypto has been shaping the future of crypto media, consistently ranking among the top 3 platforms worldwide.

  • 100+ professionals across 50+ countries
  • 7M monthly readers in 26 languages
  • 5+ thriving business units, including InMarkets, BonusHunter, Web3 Jobs, Top Picks, and Newsletters
  • Official media partner of 100+ major industry events, from TOKEN2049 to Paris Blockchain Week

Our mission is to make blockchain and Web3 accessible to everyone, delivering reliable insights to traders worldwide—in your language, every day.

We’re searching for a Video & Motion Designer for Social Media to craft fast, catchy, and visually engaging content for BeInCrypto’s social media and YouTube channels. In this role, about 70% of your work will focus on video editing — from podcasts to social clips — and around 30% on motion design, creating animations, intros, and dynamic visuals that make every frame stand out.

What you’ll do:

  • Edit 3–5 videos per week — podcasts, interviews, short-form videos, and social media content.
  • Create scroll-stopping visuals and optimize them for YouTube, Instagram, X, and other social platforms.
  • Develop creative ideas and brief concepts for new content, not just execute existing visuals.
  • Produce motion elements such as animated intros, lower thirds, transitions, and special visual effects.
  • Apply 3D and motion techniques when needed for creative or special projects.
  • Work with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma (basic), and Riverside.
  • Use AI tools (like Midjourney) to speed up workflows and enhance creativity.

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in video editing and motion design, ideally in social media or digital content.
  • Are skilled with Premiere Pro and After Effects (knowledge of Blender, Figma, and Riverside is a plus).
  • Can take a project from idea to final delivery, balancing creativity with execution speed.
  • Understand what makes content go viral on social media.
  • Work fast, take initiative, and stay curious about new formats and trends.
  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Are passionate about crypto, blockchain, and Web3.

What we offer:

  • 100% remote work — no location limits.
  • Flexible hours and creative independence.
  • Paid time off to recharge.
  • Freedom to experiment and propose your own creative ideas.
  • Access to top crypto events & conferences.
  • Internal learning programs and creative masterclasses.
  • Career growth opportunities — 60% of our managers were promoted from within.
  • Support for personal branding and visibility in the Web3 creative space.
  • A collaborative, feedback-driven international culture.
