RedSwitches is a global bare-metal cloud and dedicated servers provider operating across multiple continents. We’re growing fast and building a strong in-house creative team to elevate our brand presence across all digital platforms. We are looking for a Motion Designer who can bring our ideas, products, and brand stories to life through impactful motion graphics and animations.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling: Conceptualise and design visually stunning motion graphics, explainer videos, and social media content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) that align with RedSwitches’ branding.
Tech Visualisation: Translate abstract technical concepts into easily digestible and engaging animations.
End-to-End Conceptualization: Storyboarding and design to animation, editing, and final rendering.
Brand Consistency: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all visual assets maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Remote Collaboration: Communicate effectively within a distributed team environment, meeting deadlines and managing projects independently using project management tools. We are a high-paced startup team
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Fresher +1 year Experience
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video editing skills.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Experience with Figma is a plus). Eager to learn
Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Industry Fit: Ability to understand technical content;
Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, self-discipline to work remotely, and strong communication skills to articulate creative ideas to stakeholders
