Job Description
Are you the kind of person who dreams in meta titles and wakes up thinking about structured data?
Do you love turning insights into action, juggling client calls, and keeping SEO projects moving like a well-oiled algorithm?
We’re on the hunt for a Client-Facing SEO Specialist with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency environment. You’ll be leading the charge on SEO strategy and execution across a variety of clients and industries — with a strong focus on Shopify, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Lead and manage SEO projects end-to-end, from onboarding to execution to reporting
- Communicate directly with clients (yes, you’ll be talking to real humans)
- Conduct technical audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to implement SEO best practices
- Track and report performance using GA4, GSC, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline SEO tasks (because smart work beats hard work)
- Bring basic HTML knowledge to the table when CMS templates get messy
- Stay updated on Google’s ever-changing mood swings (aka algorithm updates)
- 4–5 years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong communication skills and experience with client-facing roles
- Solid project management chops — deadlines don’t scare you
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, and at least one other CMS
- Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, Data Studio, etc.
- You understand the basics of HTML/CSS and aren’t afraid to tweak code when needed
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to improve workflows
- A curious, growth-oriented mindset with a sense of humour
- 100% remote team (work from wherever you do your best work)
- Flexible hours — as long as the work gets done and the clients are happy
- Supportive, no-ego team culture
- Growth opportunities in digital strategy and project management
- If this sounds like your kind of gig, send us your resume, a quick note about your favourite SEO win, and a link to something you're proud of (campaign, report, or even a solid meme - we won’t judge).
