We are seeking a skilled and proactive Remote IT Recruiter for a contract-based role to support our fast-growing IT and Managed Services operations in Dubai.

This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone who understands technical hiring, MSP environments, and fast-paced recruitment cycles.



Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT Support, Network & System Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Cybersecurity roles, and other technical positions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job posting, screening, interviews coordination, and offer discussions.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases to build a strong pipeline of IT candidates.

• Conduct initial technical assessments in collaboration with the hiring manager.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.

• Ensure fast turnaround time and high-quality candidate submissions for all open roles.

• Implement best practices for technical talent sourcing across GCC and international markets.



Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT recruiter (agency or in-house).

• Strong understanding of IT roles: helpdesk, network, system admin, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, VoIP/PBX, MSP background preferred.

• Experience sourcing candidates in UAE/GCC is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.



Contract Details

• Remote contract role (flexible hours).

• Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance).

• Competitive contract compensation aligned with experience.
