We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring product quality, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat)
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
- Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features
Client Communication & Support
- Respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionally
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns
- Provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informed
Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs
- Provide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual information
- Participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions
- Collaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issues
- 1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications work
- Comfortable reading logs and identifying patterns
- Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectively
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup
