About The Role
Turing is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team dedicated to building innovative solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable, high-quality web services and user interfaces that facilitate AI training and evaluation processes. Your work will involve designing evaluation pipelines, creating datasets, and refining processes to ensure alignment of large language model (LLM) behavior with real-world user needs. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to datasets, evaluation pipelines, and the overall architecture that supports advanced AI functionalities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (ES6+), with strong experience in Node.js/Nest.js frameworks and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. A solid understanding of web application architecture, testing discipline, and code readability is essential. Experience with scalable, modular full-stack development is highly desirable. Candidates should hold a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. Offer Details
This position requires a commitment of at least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with an overlap of at least 4 hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST). The engagement is structured as a contractor assignment, and it does not include medical benefits or paid leave.
