Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead the retail and wholesale marketing strategy for Trafilea’s US-based brands—Shapermint and Truekind—across North America and international markets.
This role owns the full planning and execution of 360° retail and wholesale marketing, ensuring strong sell-through, brand consistency, and measurable campaign impact across retailers such as Walmart, Belk, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and QVC.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Brand, Product, and Retail Partners, driving high-performance retail marketing that accelerates growth and strengthens retail presence.
- Lead strategy and execution of integrated 360° retail campaigns across wholesale, freestanding stores, and on-air channels (QVC).
- Drive sell-through performance through improved retail storytelling, in-store content, partner alignment, and seasonal campaign calendars.
- Own co-op marketing planning, budget allocation, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with retail giants (Walmart, Belk, Macy’s, Nordstrom, QVC) to plan launches, activations, and campaign initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the Brand Marketing Manager; guide teams across retail.com, in-store, and QVC.
- Standardize dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, sell-through, visibility, and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Growth, Product, Merchandising, and Finance.
- Use AI-driven tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and creative optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in wholesale or retail marketing with experience leading multi-channel campaigns (in-store, digital, media, influencer).
- Experience working with major US retailers (Walmart, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, Belk, QVC).
- Strong understanding of apparel or fashion retail (intimate apparel experience is a plus).
- Ability to lead retail partner communication, negotiations, and co-op management.
- Highly data-driven; strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, ROI, and campaign insights.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools (Asana), and familiarity with AI tools for marketing reporting.
