About The Role
As a Product Owner, AI Transformation Initiatives, you will contribute to the vision and implementation of Insight’s proprietary solutions that guide clients through a continuous, integrated system for AI strategy development, initiative prioritization, execution enablement, and ongoing adaptation to market changes. We will count on you to manage relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and IT, while maintaining a data-driven backlog of innovative features that differentiate our AI transformation offerings and align with strategic business objectives. Along the way, you will get to:
- Work with internal stakeholders, AI/ML specialists, and client Business Unit (BU) leaders to identify and define new features and enhancements for our solutions that address AI adoption challenges, generate transformation opportunities, and support strategic client goals.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Manager, Product Architect, AI/ML Specialists, and UX/UI Designers to design and build out product features and user stories that support the strategic AI Transformation Roadmap.
- Collectively own the product backlog with Product Owner teammates (grooming, prioritization, & refinement), specifically focusing on features related to AI-driven data insights, solution prioritization, and continuous roadmap iteration.
- Play a key role in Scrum ceremonies: planning, refinement, review, retrospective, and daily scrums, ensuring the team is aligned with rapid development objectives.

- Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university; or three years of related experience as Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA experience preferred).
- A track record of working closely with IT and development teams to deliver new capabilities, particularly in SaaS or platform-based solutions for enterprise technology.
- Sufficient understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, data pipelines, and enterprise technology architecture to triage technical issues and guide the team to the right solutions for AI transformation initiatives.
