Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Founding Engineer based in Stockholm. The Founding Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven security solutions. Responsibilities include spearheading the development of scalable software systems, conducting research to improve AI algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing engineering processes. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to technical strategy and product roadmaps to advance the company’s long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in software engineering, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of developing and implementing algorithms
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection and prevention, and experience developing security software solutions
- Familiarity with cloud computing, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy startup environment
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or work experience
- Experience in a leadership or team-building role is a significant advantage
