They are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to partner on exciting automotive projects and help shape the future of performance-driven marketing. This fully remote role offers the chance to work with top-tier brands, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and elevate your career—all while being based in the greater LA/OC area.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft compelling social and digital content that cuts through the noise. Your expertise will steer high-volume creative initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms, from TikTok to YouTube Shorts. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building brand identities, and have a knack for translating data-driven insights into captivating visuals, this role could be your next career move.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of agency or digital creative experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, social content, and platform-specific performance work
- Proficiency in Figma (focused on graphic design for social/digital) and full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
- Deep understanding of platform nuances for performance creative across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, and more
- Automotive account experience (Tier 3) is a MUST
