What you will sell (retainer services)
- Remote IT Infrastructure Support, office IT planning, network and firewall config, server setup guidance
- IT AMC and Managed IT Services, remote troubleshooting, monitoring, M365 support, endpoint security
- Remote IT Manpower Outsourcing, dedicated remote IT engineers for tickets and operations
- Cloud Services, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 setup, migration, admin, security and backup
- Remote Networking Support, LAN and Wi Fi design, heatmap planning, switch and firewall configuration
What you will do
- Own end to end sales in your region, from prospecting to closing monthly retainer contracts
- Build a pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, and channel partners
- Run discovery calls, position a remote delivery model with clear SLAs, then close
- Coordinate a clean handoff to delivery teams, ensure onboarding, documentation, and renewals
- Expand accounts through upsell like cloud, security, additional remote engineers, multi-site support
Who is a great fit
- 3 to 10+ years of B2B services sales in MSP, IT support, cloud, networking, IT outsourcing, or IT staffing
- Strong local network in any one market, Australia, UAE, Singapore, or UK
- Comfortable selling retainers, SLAs, remote delivery, and recurring revenue packages
- Confident communicator, can handle CXO, IT Manager, and Ops Head conversations
Success metrics
- Monthly MRR closed, number of new retainer logos
- Pipeline coverage, conversion rate, sales cycle speed
- Retention and expansion in first 90 days
