We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter (Remote – Philippines)

Are you a results-driven recruiter with a passion for sourcing top-tier talent? Do you excel in full-cycle recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment? If so, we want you to join our growing recruitment team!


About the Role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for overseas clients, ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced, assessed, and presented efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, leverage advanced sourcing strategies, and contribute to improving our recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage every stage of the recruitment lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Partner with internal teams to define role requirements and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments and prepare detailed candidate profiles.
  • Facilitate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to improve strategy and efficiency.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of recruitment workflows and sourcing channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably including high-volume and strategic roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting for overseas or remote-enabled positions.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal leadership.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing tools.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and committed to delivering quality hires.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
