The Role
BeyondTrust is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our Tel Aviv office for an 8 to 9-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist employees and managers in addressing their concerns and foster employee engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Provides day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees locally
- Provides regional benefits support to the Total Rewards team, managers, and employees
- Manages employee onboarding activities across the EMEA and APAC regions
- Manages employee offboarding activities - Employee notifications, IT offboarding tickets, payroll notifications, and conducts exit interviews.
- Leads administration relating to HR key initiatives, including performance management, compensation, promotion cycles, and job changes
- Supports HRBPs with projects
- Local Culture initiatives for the region in Partnership with the Global Culture Committee
- Supports with any in-person office events as and when requested
- Supports the Facilities team with any local requirements as and when required, including the office relocation initiative
- Partners with the IT team on regional onboarding and offboarding support, as well as office-based IT setup requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits in Israel
- Knowledge of local employment regulations, with the desire to support Global employment regulations
- Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in managing work and handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with demonstrated accountability for results
