Job Title: Cloud Security Operations Engineer

Job Location: 100% REMOTE

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

(W2 position only- No C2C/1099)

Good experience in CrowdStrike Falcon and Shield SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) and cloud experience required only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cloud Security team is looking for a Cloud Security Operations Engineer to help secure our SaaS ecosystem using CrowdStrike Falcon Shield (SSPM). In this role, you’ll onboard new SaaS apps, fine-tune security rules, monitor posture, drive remediation with business partners, and support incident response. This role centers on securing the company’s SaaS application ecosystem using CrowdStrike Falcon Shield SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM).

What You’ll Do:

• Integrate and onboard SaaS apps into Falcon Shield
• Tune alerts, improve configurations, and reduce false positives
• Monitor SaaS security posture and identify risks
• Partner with teams to remediate findings and track progress
• Maintain runbooks, policies, procedures, and KPIs
• Support SaaS-related incident triage
• Promote security-by-design across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in security operations
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) solutions (CrowdStrike Falcon Shield preferred, but experience with other SSPM platforms is valued).
• Strong SaaS security knowledge and remediation experience
• Excellent communication + cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to drive projects to completion

• Telecom/Cable experience
• Certs: CISSP, CISM, CISA
