The VP of Sales will drive strategic growth across enterprise, mid-market, and federal segments while building a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to optimize the go-to-market engine and deliver predictable revenue growth. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on sales leadership, including engagement with customers, prospects, and partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven, collaborative environment and is equally comfortable leading high-stakes negotiations and mentoring a growing sales organization.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable, high-performance sales strategy that drives predictable ARR growth across multiple market segments.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a top-performing sales team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and urgency.
  • Lead pipeline management, data-driven forecasting, and sales strategy execution to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Refine and implement scalable sales processes to improve forecast accuracy, conversion rates, deal sizes, and velocity.
  • Drive complex deal closures, establishing deep relationships with C-level sponsors and decision makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to inform GTM strategy and maximize expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (VP of Sales, Head of US Sales, or equivalent).
  • Proven success scaling sales teams and processes in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, including closing seven-figure deals.
  • Experience selling into complex enterprise accounts and managing long, strategic sales cycles.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and CRM/analytics tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and pipeline management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; thrives in a culture of transparency and shared ownership.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, combining vision with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related high-growth technology sectors preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with base and OTE between $350,000 - $400,000, plus equity.
  • Fully remote work with flexibility to manage your schedule.
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability).
  • 401k plan with 4% company match.
  • Unlimited PTO, 11 company holidays, and a recharge week at year-end.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks).
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment with diverse perspectives.
  • Opportunities for leadership growth and strategic influence.
