We’re a fast-growing Product Studio (14 people right now) building high-impact products for startups across DeFi, AI, gaming, tokenization, e-commerce, and more.
We ship fast, we move fast, and we work with founders who expect excellence.
We’re looking for hungry, high-output React Native Developers who can think independently, adapt quickly, and use AI tools to ship at 2–3× the speed of a traditional developer — ideally based in Eastern Europe (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Romania, Georgia, Armenia, etc.).
This is NOT a corporate environment.
No bureaucracy. No micromanagement. Full ownership.

This is a build fast, build clean, build smart role.
You’ll work across multiple industries, new technologies, rapid product cycles — every week brings something new.
- Build modern mobile apps in React Native (iOS + Android) with clean architecture and smooth UX.
- Convert Figma mobile designs — including animations, transitions, and micro-interactions — into polished, production-ready screens.
- Integrate mobile APIs, SDKs, analytics, notifications, and authentication flows.
- Work with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
- Optimize performance, state management, caching, and offline-first behavior.
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, GPT-Engineer, etc.) to speed up development significantly.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and founders to deliver end-to-end products.
- Work inside GitHub, Slack, Notion, Vercel/Railway, and follow clean dev workflows.
We’re not looking for corporate veterans with 10-year résumés.
We want builders, problem-solvers, people who get better every day.
- Strong experience with React Native (Expo or bare React Native).
- Ability to convert Figma → high-quality mobile UI with smooth animations/interactions.
