About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the hiring and recruiting process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with its strategic objectives. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice. Collaboration with hiring managers across departments is essential to understand staffing needs and deliver timely, quality hires. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, fostering a positive candidate experience, and building a robust talent pipeline. The manager will guide and lead a team of HR professionals to meet the company's staffing goals efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of current hiring trends and employee retention techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with an MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore and work on-site without hybrid options.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and additional Indian languages is highly desirable, as the candidate will engage with potential candidates across the country.
- Early joiners will be preferred, given the immediate staffing needs.
