The Opportunity
As Marketing Director, you will lead transformative, data-driven marketing strategies that deepen engagement with institutional, developer, and ecosystem audiences. You’ll design and execute bold, results-focused digital campaigns that elevate the brand’s visibility and accelerate growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role—it requires mastery of digital engagement, analytics-driven decision making, and innovative experimentation. Partnering closely with Sales and Business Development, you will build high-impact programs that drive user acquisition, performance, and measurable outcomes. You will also lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering creativity, operational excellence, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Build and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to grow and engage Web3-focused audiences.
- Content & Campaign Creation: Develop compelling, high-impact content (graphics, posts, videos) optimized for social channels and community platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Run paid campaigns across digital and social channels to drive acquisition and conversions.
- Optimization & Testing: Use A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, impressions, ROI) and iterate based on performance.
- Audience Insights & Trends: Track digital-native and Web3 audience behavior to anticipate trends and tailor campaigns.
About You
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with multi-channel strategy ownership.
- Strong data-driven approach to campaign optimization and KPI tracking.
- Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Understanding of Web3 audiences and digital-first platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, community channels).
- Demonstrated leadership experience and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to balance creative vision with analytical rigor.
- Adaptable, innovative, and energized by fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about exploring new frontiers in digital engagement.
