Rate: $40-50/hr

Our consulting services' client is looking for a hands-on Art Director with a strong background in digital and visual art direction to expand a single original concept into a full suite of creative assets. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute with precision, and clearly communicate the rationale behind their creative decisions.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Concept Expansion: Take one core creative idea and build out a cohesive visual system across multiple formats, digital ads, social media, email, web, and more.
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality, brand-aligned assets that adapt the original concept for various channels while maintaining visual consistency.
- Strategic Recommendations: Advise on the most effective asset types to produce based on campaign goals, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
- Creative Rationale: Clearly explain the why behind your design choices, including how each asset supports the overall strategy and enhances user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment across all deliverables.

Skills and requirements:
- Proven experience in digital-first art direction, with a portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across web, social, and motion.
- Ability to translate a single idea into a scalable visual language.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, user experience, and performance-driven design.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote setting.
