Role summary

We are seeking an experienced, well‑connected and highly organized Senior Recruitment Lead to own end‑to‑end hiring for Finance and Accounting roles within Financial Services, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have deep experience running global recruitment projects, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hires quickly while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive candidate sourcing using job boards, internal databases, social sourcing, networking, targeted outreach, and market mapping
  • Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate credentials, cultural fit, and technical capability for Finance and Accounting roles
  • Provide hiring stakeholders with market insight, talent‑pipeline status, salary benchmarking, and actionable recommendations for current and future needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer extension and onboarding coordination while ensuring timely candidate movement
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and local employment law in Colombia and applicable global jurisdictions
  • Negotiate and close offers, handling counter‑offers and candidate expectations professionally
  • Screen candidates for availability, work authorization/visa status, compensation expectations, relocation needs, and role fit
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and produce recruitment metrics and reports
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience with clear and timely communication throughout the process


Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience; 10+ years preferred with demonstrable experience in global hiring and leadership in recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring Finance and Accounting professionals within Financial Services
  • Strong interviewing skills and capability to assess technical skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law relevant to recruitment in Colombia and internationally
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English for stakeholder collaboration across geographies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Self‑motivated individual contributor with a “get things done” attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment


Preferred qualifications

  • Local knowledge of Bogotá talent market and compensation trends for Finance & Accounting functions
  • Experience with major ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or recruitment training
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones
