Job Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing activities for RUNNER's medical practice clients. They play an integral role in achieving our clients' goals and maintaining strong client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Execution: Work together with other strategists, media, creatives, and developers to produce top-of-class deliverables and drive results across RUNNER's marketing services.
- Handle tasks such as social media posting, Google Business Profile optimization, meeting notes, and other client-related tasks as assigned.Â
- New Account Setup: Help guide our new clients through the set-up and implementation of RUNNER services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English
- Available to work 80% of your day during US Central Time Zone
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, minimum of 1 year in a marketing agency environment.
- Hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives with an emphasis on content marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, website and landing page creation.
- Creative copywriting skills for both long-form content like website copy, blogs and whitepapers, as well as short-form copy like social posts or ad copy.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising, especially Google and Meta ads. We have another team that manages these ads, but you should know enough to contribute strategically and communicate with clients.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing marketing campaign reporting, including Google Analytics and lead pipeline reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress content management and plugins.
- Marketing automation and email marketing software experience (such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc).
- Experience planning for and creating video content.
- Familiarity using a project management platform (such as Wrike, Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Experience in healthcare/medical marketing is a plus.
