Job Description


We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and scale lead generation. The focus is on running fast, data-driven marketing experiments to attract and convert qualified leads, optimizing campaigns based on measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email)
  • Run short-cycle marketing experiments and A/B tests
  • Monitor and analyze performance (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Oversee content creation (videos, newsletters, customer stories)
  • Organize 1–2 global events per year
  • Launch automated outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation (SaaS/software preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent English communication (C1)
  • Independent, proactive, comfortable with fully remote work
