Job Description


  • Conduct risk assessments for various sites and lead fraud investigation efforts.
  • Manage surveillance operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, response coordination, and overall CCTV management.
  • Oversee CCTV troubleshooting, relocation, installation of additional units, and implementation of related projects.
  • Establish and regulate a dedicated CCTV monitoring cell to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and oversee the process for securely sharing footage with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a liaison internally and externally for surveillance-related procedures and support.
  • Create and enforce a comprehensive surveillance policy, including Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize theft, incidents, or losses at sites.
  • Manage investigation processes for thefts, incidents, or accidents, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Collaborate with government affairs bodies to address emerging law enforcement needs and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies while resolving incidents.
  • Introduce and implement innovative technologies to mitigate losses or theft.
  • Supervise fire safety equipment maintenance, conduct evacuation drills, and lead training initiatives to enhance employee safety awareness.
  • Establish and lead a safety committee, ensure active participation in the Central Loss Approval Committee (CLAC) meetings, and design and execute projects as outlined by the department.
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Civil Engineering - BSc)
  • Experience Level: 6 - 10 years
  • Travel Requirement: Yes
  • Proven experience in surveillance systems, fire and environmental safety, and fraud investigations is essential.
  • Proficiency in mid-level Excel and data analysis is required.
  • Strong capability in AutoCAD design is a must.
  • Should be well-versed in modern technologies and innovations relevant to the role.
