What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management Develop market-driven product roadmaps and lead the full lifecycle from concept validation through launch and end-of-life.
- Conduct Market & Customer Research Gather and analyze customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to inform product decisions and identify unmet needs.
- Define and Own Product Requirements Translate customer and market needs into clear product specifications, collaborating with engineering on feasibility and trade-offs.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product development, positioning, and delivery.
- Champion Go-to-Market Strategy Collaborate with marketing communications to craft compelling value propositions and drive product adoption across target markets.
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ years as a Product Manager
- 3+ years with commercial physical security products (wireless products would be a big plus)
- Products such as Alarms, Cameras, home security systems, tracking devices, etc. is helpful
- Strategic Product Leadership - Demonstrated success in owning product lifecycle-from concept validation to end-of-life-while aligning roadmaps with market intelligence, customer needs, and corporate goals
- Customer-Centric Innovation Skilled in conducting structured voice-of-customer research, managing feedback loops, and identifying unmet market needs to drive differentiated product offerings.
- Cross-Functional and Market-Facing Influence Strong communicator and collaborator who can lead go-to-market strategies, present at industry events, and serve as both internal product champion and external thought leader.
- Bachelors is preferred (Masters is a plus)
