Role Description

Location: Shenzhen, China (Relocation Required)

  • Develop and execute data-driven recruitment plans based on company strategic goals and departmental needs, ensuring timely staffing for all positions.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment channels, craft compelling job narratives, strategically post and promote openings across platforms, and enhance our employer brand to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets..
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment with a data-informed approach. Leverage ATS analytics and sourcing tools for intelligent resume screening, efficient interview coordination, and conducting insightful first-round interviews. Own candidate experience through onboarding and contribute to long-term talent pool development.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to generate actionable insights. Build and optimize reports, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to address complex hiring challenges faced by business units.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all recruitment processes. Innovate in sourcing, assessment, and communication strategies to enhance both hiring efficiency and the candidate journey


What we are looking for:

  • Diploma or above; degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
  • 2+years of recruitment experience; familiar with recruitment processes and proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills to support recruitment in China, the U.S., and other regions.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of using recruitment analytics to optimize processes and strategies.
  • Highly aware of the talent market and proactive in sourcing potential candidates.
  • Strong execution ability and responsibility, able to efficiently complete recruitment tasks in a fast-changing environment

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; weekends off; national public holidays.
