Job Description
We are Hiring! HR Operations Sr Specialist position based in London with one of our clients, a global crypto‑native algorithmic trading firm:
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days).
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and streamline the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, offboarding, etc.). (employess in UK, NY and Singapure)
-Maintain and improve HR systems
-Draft employment documentation
-Support international mobility logistics, relocation.
-Liaise with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissions.
-Produce HR analytics and reports for leadership
-Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Talent teams on employee queries and process improvements.
-Participate in cross-functional projects
Ideal Candidate
-Holds a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
-Has HR / Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, consulting)
-Proficient in Excel and similar data tools.
-Thrives in entrepreneurial and dynamic settings.
-Demonstrates high ownership—from strategic planning to operational delivery.
