Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager / Owner with Healthcare experience to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership within Agile environments and a deep understanding of healthcare technologies or workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business value.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support development teams.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and roadmap platforms to guide product planning and execution.
- Support UX teams with user flow insights and product requirements.
- Analyze product performance using data and analytics to ensure value delivery.
- Understand API integrations, technical dependencies, and architectural impacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience with ADO/Jira.
- Familiarity with UX principles, analytics tools, and API-driven products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
