About the Role

Our client, a global leader in enterprise software and digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Mobility to provide hands-on immigration and mobility case management during a 6-month leave period. This role’s primary focus is executing day-to-day global mobility operations—including immigration processing, compliance tracking, case monitoring, and support across the full mobility lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring deep, direct Global Mobility experience (not ad-hoc or occasional support) and thrive in structured, high-volume operational environments. This is an execution-focused role best suited for someone who enjoys detailed case management, stakeholder support, and consistent operational processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute day-to-day global mobility operations with a high-volume caseload.
  • Respond to inquiries in the Global Mobility inbox, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on U.S. immigration processes, systems, and regulatory updates.
  • Partner closely with employees, managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to support the mobility lifecycle.
  • Conduct pre-hire visa viability assessments with Talent Acquisition to determine sponsorship feasibility.
  • Initiate, track, and manage immigration and relocation cases with external counsel and vendors.
  • Maintain compliant documentation for renewals, expirations, H-1B lottery timelines, and required filings.
  • Provide guidance on long-term sponsorship pathways in alignment with company policies and legal recommendations.
  • Support incremental process improvements and documentation updates within the Global Mobility Program.
  • Maintain and update the Global Mobility intranet page for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor immigration and mobility trends; distribute relevant alerts to internal teams.
  • Produce data-driven reports and presentation materials for leadership and audits.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as communications, policy updates, and tool optimization (e.g., Immigration Request App).
  • Assist in coordinating employee-facing sessions (Immigration Town Halls, Q&A forums, etc.).
  • Provide occasional general office management support and assist with employee engagement activities.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-visibility position supporting a global workforce and HR leadership.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the ongoing refinement of a mature Global Mobility Program.
  • Exposure to complex immigration scenarios in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
  • Competitive pay, full benefits, and a highly collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of direct Global Mobility / U.S. Immigration experience (must be a primary job function).
  • 5–7 years of total experience in HR or related functions.
  • 2–3+ years of HR Operations experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification required.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and operational execution skills.
  • Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an IT startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Avia or Leena AI ticketing tools.
