Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Business Systems - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. As a Director Of Business Systems - Remote, you’ll set direction, align teams, and drive execution on the initiatives that matter most in the Finance & Insurance business. You’ll work across functions to clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure people, process, and product are moving in sync. This opportunity is well suited to a leader who balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic enterprise systems roadmap in collaboration with executives
- Establish KPIs to assess system performance and inform prioritization decisions
- Streamline quote-to-cash processes by enhancing Salesforce and other tools
- Integrate and improve tools for client and customer service teams to scale operations
- Partner with finance to automate accounting and reconciliation processes
- Drive the selection and optimization of enterprise systems across the business
- Lead the implementation of AI tools to enhance efficiency and data insights
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technical program management, leading complex technology projects
- 5+ years managing teams to deliver technical programs from inception to delivery
- Experience identifying and addressing systemic inefficiencies
- Proven ability to build and lead a technical program management organization
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira
