Who we're looking for: Payroll Specialist / Accountant


What you'll be working on:


1. Payroll Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for local and expatriate employees;
  • Perform net-to-gross and gross-to-net salary calculations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and social security requirements;
  • Prepare expatriate payroll in line with relocation packages, allowances, and benefits;
  • Reconcile payroll data with HR and accounting systems;
  • Address any inquiries regarding salary calculation from employees;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax obligations, and company policies;
  • Collaborate with HR and external advisors to ensure accuracy of calculations.


2. Accounting:

  • Keeping proper books of account and financial records in Navision;
  • Perform Accounts Reconciliations (Customers, Vendors, Bank, eWallets, Payment Processors);
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports;
  • Preparation and submission of VAT (Local, OSS) & VIES declarations;
  • Preparation of accounts for external annual audit;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.



What we expect from you:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, preferably with expatriate payroll exposure;
  • Strong knowledge of net-to-gross calculations;
  • Proficiency in payroll and accounting software;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and Google Sheets;
  • ACA/ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability;
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Greek and English;
  • Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage.
