Job Description

Are you a digital marketer specializing in both paid search and paid social advertising strategies? Can you show us your ability to optimize campaigns on ad platforms like Google, Meta, and maybe even LinkedIn?

We’re glad you’re here.

Take on an exciting and challenging experience as a valued team member of our results-driven digital marketing agency—a Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Partner, and Meta Business Partner. Our integrated marketing solutions have been achieving valuable conversions and high returns for over a decade for clients in e-commerce, SaaS, Finance, Healthcare, Education, Local Services, and many more industries.

What sets us apart? We focus on increasing client profits—not just vanity metrics.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will become well-versed in your assigned clients’ business objectives and ensure that campaign goals and metrics are met using your successful paid media action plans. This individual will set up, manage, and optimize large ad spends for multiple clients, including:

  • Keyword research and consulting
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Reducing CPA
  • Account audits + setups
  • Campaign expansions
  • Keyword bidding
  • Budget management
  • Performance monitoring
  • Ad copy creation
  • Image ads + landing page design direction
  • A/B testing
  • Tracking
  • Reporting and client communication

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform in a dual role as both the paid media strategist and account manager/point of contact for your assigned accounts, focusing on client gross profit growth.
  • Manage and maintain daily/monthly paid media budgets for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Fully understand client business objectives (e.g., increase profits, generate leads/sign-ups, increase sales for key products, etc.) and translate this into paid media strategy and action plans.
  • Report on key performance indicators and present results effectively to clients and senior management.
  • Utilize internal communication and project management tools like Slack and Asana to streamline collaboration and track project progress across teams.
  • Frequently research and learn the latest tools and techniques in paid online marketing and form a view on the relevance of these to business objectives.
  • Undertake smart buying decisions to ensure maximum effectiveness for a given online budget.
  • Work closely with account Lead Strategists to develop, refine, and execute account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other channel managers (like SEO) to maximize client success.
  • Work with Analytics and Web Development teams to ensure proper integration of campaign tracking codes across websites and landing pages, data accuracy, and any other technical issues that may impact campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of paid media campaign management experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads, with proven ability to drive conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage small and large advertising budgets across several different client accounts, running local and national campaigns.
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities, including daily email communication, weekly meetings, monthly reports, etc.
  • Proven skills using industry tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics 4, MS Clarity, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills, especially for client-facing responsibilities.
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability when there is no supervision (very important for a fully-remote team).
  • Prior agency experience and the capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines in an evolving, cross-collaborative team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $80,000 – $90,000 base salary
  • Bonus opportunities and annual salary reviews
  • 100% remote work environment
  • Strong work/life balance support and flexible work schedules
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • Flexible medical insurance benefits through an ICHRA plan
  • Free telehealth services for general medical and mental health
  • 401(K) with 3% company match
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Equipment, internet, and health/wellness stipends
  • Upskilling and professional development opportunities (we promote from within!)

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  1. 30-45 minute video interview with an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist
  2. Untimed technical skills assessment
  3. 1-hour video interview with a Hiring Manager
