This role offers the opportunity to drive the full-cycle recruitment strategy for technical and product teams within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. - Accountabilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, IT, and other technical roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage requisitions, and guide structured interview processes.
- Source candidates using creative methods, including professional networks, industry groups, and underrepresented talent communities.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide well-documented recruiting reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
- Manage online job postings, social media campaigns, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineers, product managers, designers, IT, security, and leadership roles.
- Proven ability to hire for a range of seniority levels, from early career to executive positions.
- Strong experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly SaaS or tech companies.
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse.
- Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives in technical recruiting.
- Skilled in candidate assessment, interviewing, scheduling, and technical screening.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and handling challenging-to-fill roles.
- Preferred: experience in cybersecurity or related technical industries, and knowledge of innovative recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools.
