Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice.


We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Tech Product Owner to join our dynamic team.












Requirements

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and take ownership of the product/project, while ensuring thorough communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs, prioritize items, and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Scrum and business teams to maintain and groom product backlog based on the business needs
  • Focuses on the technical aspects and feasibility of the product.
  • Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your expertise in AWS and MERN stack to guide technical teams and ensure feasibility and scalability of product features.
  • Backlog Management: Own the product backlog and prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt in alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure that product requirements are clearly communicated and delivered efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and provide updates on product progress.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Collect customer feedback, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets high standards of quality and performance by working closely with QA teams and ensuring thorough testing processes.




  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, with a strong focus on technical products.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud architecture.
    • Familiarity in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), RESTful APIs for understanding development constraints and driving product features.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Knowledge: Strong experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Product Management: Experience in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize features and make quick, informed decisions based on technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
