Job Description


We're partnering with a leading employee-owned environmental consulting & engineering firm looking for an Environmental Project Manager (Engineer or Geologist) with 5-10 years of experience in environmental consulting. This role offers flexibility to work from offices across Central & Northern Florida. Relocation assistance would be offered for people looking to move to Florida.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and oversee environmental investigation & remediation projects under federal and state programs.
  • Lead technical teams, develop work plans, and coordinate with clients/subcontractors.
  • Conduct field investigations (soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, vapor intrusion).
  • Oversee Phase I & II ESAs, data interpretation, and technical reporting.
  • Support compliance, permitting, and regulatory evaluations.
  • Contribute to business development efforts.


What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Environmental/Civil/Chemical Engineering, Geology/Hydrogeology, or related field.
  • EIT or GIT (required); P.E. or P.G. preferred.
  • 5-10 years of environmental assessment/remediation experience.
  • Knowledge of CERCLA/RCRA processes & HAZWOPER certification.
  • Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (~30%).
  • Federal/DoD project experience a plus.
